Hi, I’m Ohenewa.

Mindful Transformations grew from something pretty simple.
I wanted to create the kinds of spaces I value in my own life  places where people can slow down, connect honestly, and feel supported.

Over the years, I’ve brought women together for support circles, conversations, creative gatherings, and other experiences centered around connection and personal growth.

Transformation doesn’t always happen through some big breakthrough. Sometimes it happens through a good conversation, being around people who understand, trying something new, or simply having a space where you can be yourself.

That's what I hope to create here.

What Mindful Transformations Looks Like Today

There are different ways to connect, depending on what you need.

Women’s Circles

A welcoming space for meaningful conversation, reflection, support, and genuine connection with other women.

Creative & Social Gatherings

Candle making, hikes, lunches, and other experiences that give us a reason to get out, try something different, and enjoy being around one another.

Coaching

One-on-one support for times when you want a little more space to focus on yourself, where you are, and where you’d like to go.

There doesn't have to be one right way to grow. Sometimes we need reflection. Sometimes we need community. And sometimes we just need to get out of the house and be around good people.

A Little About Me

My own path has taken me through several different worlds, including law, international development, leadership, mindfulness, creativity, and entrepreneurship.

But underneath all of those experiences, I’ve always been interested in people, the stories we carry, the ways we change, and what helps us feel more connected to ourselves and each other.

Outside of my work, I love being in nature, creating things, traveling, reading, having long conversations, and finding simple ways to make everyday life feel a little more meaningful.

Mindful Transformations brings many of these parts of me together.

You're Welcome Here.

Whether you come to a gathering, join us for a hike, sit with us for a support circle, or work with me individually, I hope you leave feeling a little more connected, supported, and like yourself.
